Yawd Real Estate Brokers

We are seeking independent, intelligent, licensed Real Estate Brokers with managerial expertise to become State (except MA and NH) or County Supervisors.
Education and Experience: High school graduate at minimum. We require three (3) years minimum, active real estate experience. Must be fully computer and Internet literate.
Responsibilities: Includes but are not limited to; Customer satisfaction, Supervision of Agents and Brokers, transaction tracking and supervision, schedule maintenance, local MLS subscription and E&O or professional liability required, may be broker of record or designated broker for home State.
Compensation: Depends on experience, intellectual and managerial skills, and range from 5% to 10% of all supervised agents and brokers commission volume, plus annual bonuses. In addition, broker keeps 80% of all personal sales commission.
We will pay you $140.00 for each property you add to your MLS. By the way, did you ever think you would ever get paid just to add listings to the MLS?
Yes, we will pay you to add listings to the MLS, upon customer's request.
