| For how long can I post my property? |
You can post your property for as long as you like. There is no time limit. You can keep your property active for as long as it takes to sell, just extend it before it expire. We allow posting in thirty (30) day incriments (30,60,90) so you will have to extend your property posting (if not sold, rented or leased) and update the data, while doing so. This measure help to prevent forgotton property posting. |

| Will I be notified of the expiration of my property? |
| You will get an email notice three (3) days prior to the expiration of your property. You must extend the property listing before the expiration date in order to keep the services you paid for (if any, including photo upload). If you let your property listing expire, you will need to submit a request to re-activate it, at an additional cost. |

| What is really FREE at yawd.com and what is the catch? |
Registration is free. Certain property postings are free. Depending on your property type, you may be required to add at least one photo of the property for validation. Photos uploaded (up to five) are free. Yawd sign is free, If and when you order; Featured property, Add to MLS or Pre-screened buyers Free property modification and update. | Why is a photo of my home required? |
We require at least one photo of all property types, except land and rental. This requirement protect the database integrity by discouraging ananymous property posting, thus making the property database more reliable. Think of adding a photo to your property; as helping to discourage non-existent property posting. On the other hand: If you do not have a photo on file or in-hand, you have the option to activate your property without a photo. |

| I have not receive my password after I register or after I request a resend? |
First, check your Junk or Trash Mail folders. If you find the email there, you will need to change your mail settings to allow mail from yawd.com. We sometimes receive returned emails from unknown, unavailable or mail boxes that exceed their (limit) quota. Please contact your email service provider and tell that you are not receiving your email from yawd.com. We have received returned email notices primarily from all AOL users with the following error:

First, check your spam folder if you have one. (If you have AOL 6.0 or above you may access your spam folder by going to Keyword: Spam Folder or by visiting your mailbox on AOL 9.0 and above) If you find the mail is in your spam folder, just hit the "This Is Not Spam" button when you open it. If this has happened repeatedly with the same sender, try adding the sender's address to your address book.
If you find that you are having problems with mail being delivered to the spam folder, check the settings on your account, which you can find at KW: Mail Controls.
If the sender is sending from an AOL address, please have them contact the appropriate branch of Member Services for help.
If the mail is not in your spam folder and the sender is not another AOL member, please contact the sender of the mail and have them visit our Troubleshooting page to start diagnosing the problem or the sender can contact us."
Yawd.com recommend using your Internet Service Provider (ISP) email, NOT freemail "@yahoo.com or @hotmail.com" for security and reliability. Please make sure your email addres is active before you register with it. Our server will send your password only once. |

| Why do I need to
register? |
You need to register only if;
you intend to post a property listing or use the house
hunter feature. When you register you create a unique user name that is used to identify your property or house hunter profiles. Your registered information is also automatically inserted into forms as you use yawd.com, making your user experience more convenient and easy. |

| Are personal
information revealed in my
listing? |
| No. We do not reveal your
registered information. However, if you submit
information under the "Seller Information" section
of your listing; it will be displayed with the
listing. Example: Name is required in the Personal/Seller Information section. Your name is automatically filled in, if you do not want your name to appear in your listing, you can use an alias or "Seller". There is also a check box at the bottom of the Personal Information page that (if checked) allow you to display your address and phone number at your own option. |

| How can I change
the status of my property listing? |
You will need to use the
"Edit Listing" link and login. Once you have
logged in, you will click the "Edit or Modify" button,
then enter the listing number or the "display all" your
listings link. Once your listing(s) is displayed,
you will need to scroll to the bottom of the
listing for the modification form. Under the
listing heading there will be a "Status" field,
click the down arrow to select the desired
status. If you change the Status, you should complete the corresponding fields. Example: Status changed to Sold, Rented or Leased; you will need to complete these fields; "Sale price", "Date sold", "Seller Concessions", "Buyer financing", "Sold by" in the Status change section. You can change any field of the listing form at anytime. |
