Yawd.Com Refund Policy

You (a consumer) are entitled to a full refund, if paid services are cancelled within three (3) days after purchase; except for visibility and priority options, uploaded (photo and video) multimedia files, property (posting) listing or property renewal. There shall be NO refund after ordering (paid) for the "Priority and Visibility options, uploaded photos, video files", even if you delete your property listing. These service starts immediately upon order, fees paid are for privileges only.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance of your property listing which includes; property listing renewal to take advantage of fees paid for "until sold" services.
All service fees are considered earned by Yawd Inc., once the service has (started) initiated.

There shall be NO refund for advertising (featured property, virtual tour, tv ad, banner ad, add to MLS listing) after the advertising has commenced or the third day after order, whichever comes first. Even if you request to cancel your ad or listing, we will continue to advertise and market (except on MLS) until the initial period has expired.
