To list a new property: You first need to Register For An Account (if you are not registered), then click on the List Property link. Once you have logged on, if you aren't already within the property State, you will be asked to choose the State your property is located in. You will then get the property post form. Enter the relevant information (including price currency symbol) for your new property listing and click on the preview property button. You will be able to preview your property listing before it is listed.
If you need to make changes, use the back button (provided at bottom of page) or use your web browser's to go back to the property post form.
Otherwise, if you are satisfied with the appearance of your property listing, click on the Submit button. When your property is successfully posted, a "success" page will be displayed.
Once your property has been posted, you will be given the opportunity to upload photo or video (multimedia) files, to be included with your property listing.
Fee and Commission: We have a flat fee and commission structure, starting at $2,000. You can select any amount based on what you can generously afford. YAWD.Com charge $1,000 advertising fee (included in commission) which is due upon listing the property but payable at closing. The amount above the $1,000 is the commission offered on the MLS to whoever (selling broker) introduce the buyer to the property.
MLS Listing: All properties are listed on the local MLS unless you tell us otherwise. Once listed on the MLS, the property is then broadcast across the internet to many different web sites and publishers.
Who We Represent: Generally YAWD.Com Real Estate acts as a facilitator or transaction broker, where we bring the seller and buyer together and we may perform ministerial acts for the benefit of the transaction. We may represent a party if requested to and we will agree to represent in writing, never implied representation.

Home Page or Front Page Featured: Your property will be featured on the yawd.com *front page (homepage) and State search pages, (on rotation basis), until sold.

State Featured Property: Your property will be featured (on rotation basis) on our web site home page and the property section (State, Province or Country) search pages, until sold.
Properties are featured with a photo and brief description. If there is no photo with your property, it will be featured with text only.

Our Gurantee
There is no cost to you until the property is sold, unless you cancel and be lable for the ,000 advertising fee.
* We will sell your home within 60 days or you pay no commission.
This gurantee is limited to single unit residential home that the seller is not an organization.
* This "sell your home" gurantee is to provide you with an acceptable offer to purchase your home, at a price, up to our suggested listing price, within the term of our initial listing agreement.
This gurantee does not apply to any third party listing broker or selling broker involvement or any other third party involvement.
Your Satisfaction Guranteed: We will do our professional best to ensure your complete satisfaction with our service or we will offer you a discount on our commission. If you don't think we deserve all our commission, why not give you back some of it? :)
